Hi! My name is Debbie Groder. I am a pastor’s wife (married to my very best friend for 22+ years), mom to my four kids, a grandmother, and currently in our 16th year of homeschooling!

I love to sew!!! Some of the recent projects I have completed include a quilt for one of our sons, clothing for myself and the most exciting of all - our daughter’s wedding gown (see the photos below). In the early ‘90’s, I successfully operated a Simplicity Kids Can Sew Sewing School in the mid-west.  Since relocating to my husbands home state, and the kids not requiring as much of my constant attention, I have started  giving sewing lessons in my home and am a licensed Kids Can Sew® & Fashion Design instructor once again. I have worked with kids for over 30 years and I love sharing this awesome skill with all who will listen and want to learn
